  1. It will vary on the basis, if skill set / profile in question and availability in the world. SO i would say it could vary 1 to 10 in a month. If we want a BI expert in Banking, may be 1. If we want interns for job ad postings, may be 5 in a month etc etc. I hope i could add some value to the discussion.
