Due to the continued growth of our Consulting practice, we are currently recruiting for Human Capital Services System Implementation Consultants to join our Chicago or London teams.  As a part of CHC Labs, you will find that our global brand and entrepreneurial environment will give you the support you need to apply your industry and technical experience to build your career across a wide range of services to meet our client’s most important needs. CHC Labs professionals on our human capital services team provide experienced workforce planning, talent management, HR programs, HR structure, and change management services that help you align your workforce with the organization's overall business strategy. We focus specifically on HR strategy development, workforce planning and gap assessment; developing, rewarding, and managing organizational talent; and identifying an effective HR process, program, and functional improvements. Our skilled team also manages the people risks associated with organizational and technology change.

As a Consultant in our Human Capital Practice,  you will work with a select group of professionals aligned, in an entrepreneurial environment, to provide Consulting Services to include  
  • Develop and implement human capital strategies that complement business strategy
  • Manage change with strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
  • Build and implement efficient HR service delivery models and organizational designs
  • Transform the HR function from administrative to strategic
  • Address talent and workforce requirements/gaps of the organization
  • Develop and implement plans for successful integration of people during mergers and acquisitions

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Participate in and lead portions of complex Human Capital Transformation projects.  Leadership examples might include data conversion lead, system test lead, process definition and documentation lead, change management lead, etc.
  • Employ skills around the evaluation and implementation of packaged software solutions, particularly with an HRIS, Performance and Learning specialization. Primary software package includes Taleo, but knowledge of: Workday, Ultimate Software, SuccessFactors, Saba, Halogen, PeopleClick Authoria, StepStone, Vurv, BrassRing, Kenexa Recruiter are a plus
  • Employ technical and functional skills around the evaluation and implementation of packaged software solutions, particularly with an HRIS, Payroll, and Talent Management specialization.  
  •  Assist in identification of new business opportunities.  Such activities include development of new methodologies and tools, participation in proposal opportunities, market research, and other internal initiatives when possible
  • Understand CHC  Labs and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to bring value to clients.  Develop long-term client relationships and networks.  Develop relationships with other CHC Labs team members across all practices to serve client needs.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred
  • Functional depth in one or more of the following areas: complex payroll processing, Vurv, BrassRing, Kenexa Recruiter are a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) required
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% for client engagements
  • Prior Taleo implementation experience mandatory

Today, as part of their continued vision and expansion into China, our client is inviting talented, experienced, driven Managing Directors who know an excellent opportunity when they see it to join them in their expansion, particularly those who are not afraid of taking those first steps into new terrain.
As Regional Managing Director of our regional operation in China, you will be responsible for creating vision and opportunity. You will be tasked with growing a brand and ensuring its performance across 4 centres with a total headcount in the region of 500 individuals. You will take your online media, call centre or recruitment experience and directly lead a team of Sales Director/GM individuals who will be charged with ensuring their individual centres perform to the utmost standards, and will position our client as the leader in the online media market for their sector in China.
Experience
Our client understands that  Managing Directors can come from all backgrounds, and are open to applications from driven, successful MD’s with strong track records with start ups, expansions, difficult or challenging environments -  people who have established themselves over at least 5 years at Senior Executive level. For those coming from a call centre, media, or recruitment background, you may find yourselves at home in the environment already established by our client, bringing your previous success at achieving targets, cross functional experience with all departments & multiple offices, understanding of international markets and ability to think strategically in a new environment to the absolute fore as a leader in your own right. Your MBA, BA or BSc in Business Management will be in line with key qualifications that our client looks for in candidates of this calibre.
You will have worked closely with your management team in the past to operate at the highest level of business professionalism, with key attention to interaction with the client and treating internal and external relationships with the utmost respect. You will have experience of reporting at board level, and you will have a keen sense of direct, fact based communication.
Previous experience in improving the profitability of a company or business unit will be in keeping with your remit to grow and fully deliver in this key expansion for our client.
We welcome applications from candidates who have previous experience of the Asian market place. Also, if you speak Mandarin in line with other key competencies, this would act as an advantage in your new work environment; however possession of Mandarin is not essential.

Your Responsibilities
 Provide leadership and direction for regional business operations
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for the company, and achieve or surpass sales and financial targets.
• Develop a strategic plan to grow the business in collaboration with the senior management team
• Establish performance goals which are aggressive, real and tied to overall company strategy and goals.
• Monitor departmental performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action, if necessary, is taken.
• Manage a team of Sales Directors/General Managers.
• Represent the company in establishing and continuously growing relationships with business partners, customers and vendors.
• Attract, develop, motivate and retain staff, deploy them in an effective manner, and ensure effective succession planning is in place.

Remuneration:
Excellent performance based bonus, with basic and additional incentives, including accommodation allowance, health insurance ( global) and sponsored visit home during the year.
